Apartments
The original stone malting buildings have been converted into four semi detached houses or apartments. These adjoin the main house, but are private from it. Currently there are good lets of long duration providing income.
The nearest flat to the main house has been maintained for family guests and it has a connecting lockable door into the main garden. Each flat has two good size bedrooms, a shower room, a living room and kitchen. Each has central heating and a fuel store and clothes drying shed, and secure private parking away from the main car park.
There is a furniture store /lockup garage in this yard to serve the owners dry storage needs. It has mains electricity lighting and power. The tenancies are registered with the MBC and inspected.
