The Main House
Behind its seven vehicle car park and front paddock, the mainly 1950's built (understated) main house, has five bedrooms. Four of these are upstairs. One is en-suite and another has a handbasin and H/C water. One of these is currently used as an office. A wired TV distribution system delivers service to each bedroom and other parts of the house.
There is a spacious fully tiled bathroom complete with bidet and power shower. There are a total of three toilets associated with the main house. Two of these have no bidet but are fitted with a flexible douche system.
Downstairs there are formal dining room and reception rooms, where the hardwood fittings and fixtures are carved and inlaid. There is a kitchen with breakfast room and a separate scullery, with hot, cold and soft water supplies. There is a kitchen store that enables bulk purchases. The present owners maintain a "winter lounge" area in the back part of the house. This is an especially cosy small room that has a particularly cheery fire and the hub of the entertainment system. A large motorised satellite dish is fitted neatly (with underground wiring), which gives access to 75 degrees of the world's communications. (All these are accessible from the lounge or the master bedroom). It provides in the order of 1500 digital channels choice. This is a fitment if you choose.
The downstairs office / bedroom serves also as a route to the swimming pool, which has exclusive access for the main house
